Davon 2 200 ha Ackerboden und 220 Dauergr\u00fcnland. Der Betrieb ist neben der <strong>pflanzlichen Produktion<\/strong> mit der <strong>tierischen Produktion und Stromproduktion<\/strong> von Biogasanlage.<\/p>\n<p>In der pflanzlichen Produktion bauen sie die Pflanzen f\u00fcr eigene tierische Produktion und f\u00fcr den Betrieb der Biogasanlage. Vorstandsvorsitzender Ing. Josef \u017did, Ph.D., erkl\u00e4rte uns die aktuelle Zusammensetzung der Pflanzen: <em>\u201eWir haben aktuelle 300 ha Wintergerste und 300 ha Raps geerntet. Aktuell haben sie im Betrieb <strong>1 640 St\u00fcck Rinder<\/strong>. Davon 580 Milchk\u00fche, 300 F\u00e4rsen und 300 Jungbullen f\u00fcr Mast. Der Rest sind K\u00e4lber. Die Schweinekapazit\u00e4t im Betrieb ist fast voll. Von der m\u00f6glichen Gesamtzahl 1 380 gibt es im Betrieb <strong>1 350<\/strong> <strong>Schweine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Die Landwirtschaftsgenossenschaft Starosedlsk\u00fd Hr\u00e1dek entwickelt sich stets weiter. \u00dcber die Entwicklung sagt uns mehr Informationen Ing. Josef \u017did, Ph.D.: <em>\u201eIm Jahr 2009 haben wir eine Entbindungsstation f\u00fcr Schweine ge\u00f6ffnet, wo wir\u00a0 180 Sauen haben. Im vorigen Jahr haben wir einen neuen Kuhstall in Betrieb genommen und wir planen noch den Bau eines weiteren. Die bestehende Kapazit\u00e4t haben wir auf etwa 700 St\u00fcck Milchk\u00fche erh\u00f6ht.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Der Betrieb betreibt auch eine <strong>Biogasanlage mit einer Leistung von 835 kW<\/strong>. Die Anlage verbraucht t\u00e4glich gro\u00dfe Menge an organischer Substanz und deren Durchschnittsleistung betr\u00e4gt 98 %. Zur Erreichung dieser Leistung liefern wird t\u00e4glich 40 m<sup>3<\/sup> G\u00fclle, 17 t frischer Kuhdung, 12 t Silomais und 8 t Heu.<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div class=\"one-half-section\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/news.bednar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/SWIFTERDISC-nahradil-17-let-pracujici-DOWNLANDS-2.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><div class=\"hr-section\"><\/div><\/p>\n<p><p class=\"text-block-grey text-block-equal-height\"><\/p>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>Auf dem Foto von links Ing. Auch im vorigen Jahr erfolgte eine gro\u00dfe Investition. Sie haben die Schneiddreschmaschine John Deere 8600 gekauft. Dieses Jahr war das eine kleinere Investition. <strong>Anstatt<\/strong> einer alten <strong>Scheibenegge DOWNLANDS DH 6000 <\/strong>haben sie <a href=\"\/?page_id=158394\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>SWIFTERDISC XO 8000 F<\/u><\/a> DOWNLANDS gekauft, die bis diesem Fr\u00fchjahr diente.<\/p>\n<p>Einige Gr\u00fcnde, warum sie <a href=\"\/?page_id=158394\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>SWIFTERDISC XO 8000 F<\/strong><\/span><\/a> gew\u00e4hlt haben, sagte uns der Vorstandsvorsitzende: <em>\u201eIch mochte eine einfachere Maschine. Insbesondere konstruktionsm\u00e4\u00dfig und mit einer Arbeitsbreite 8 m. Der Vorteil sehe ich nicht nur in der Arbeitsbreite, sondern auch in gutem Aufbrechen von Boden und in der Bodenbearbeitung. Der Boden wird nach Stoppelbearbeitung gut verarbeitet. Zu den entscheidenden Faktoren z\u00e4hlte auch die M\u00f6glichkeit, die Maschine unter eigenen Bedingungen zu testen. Voriges Jahr haben wir die Scheibenegge <a href=\"\/?page_id=158394\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">SWIFTERDISC XO 6000 F<\/a> geliehen und die hat perfekte Arbeit geleistet. Auch deshalb haben wir uns f\u00fcr diese Maschine mit Arbeitsbreite 8 m entschieden<\/em><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div class=\"one-half-section\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/news.bednar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/SWIFTERDISC-nahradil-17-let-pracujici-DOWNLANDS-6.jpg\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"one-half-section\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/news.bednar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/SWIFTERDISC-nahradil-17-let-pracujici-DOWNLANDS-5.jpg\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"hr-section\"><\/div>\n<h2>Maschinen Bednar im Betrieb<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\"><br \/>\nIn Starosedlsk\u00fd Hr\u00e1dek wird mit 10 Maschinen der Marke Bednar gearbeitet. Zur hochwertigen Vorsaatbereitung werden hier drei Vorsaatkompaktoren genutzt. Konkret handelt es sich um <a href=\"\/?page_id=11240\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">SWIFTER SO 8000 F<\/a>, <a href=\"\/?page_id=11240\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>SWIFTER SO 7000 F<\/u> <\/a>und <a href=\"\/?page_id=11240\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>SWIFTER SO 6000 F<\/u><\/a>. Des Weiteren werden noch der <u>MULCHER MZ 6000<\/u>, drei Auflieger und D\u00fcngerstreuer.<\/p>\n<p>Die letzte angeschaffte Maschine ist die Scheibenegge <a href=\"\/?page_id=11240\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">SWIFTERDISC XO 8000 F<\/span><\/a>, die die stets betriebsf\u00e4hige <strong>DOWLANDS DH 6000 mit einer Arbeitstiefe 6 m<\/strong> ersetzt hat. Sie wurde im Betrieb<strong> etwa 17 Jahre genutzt.<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div class=\"one-half-section\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/news.bednar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/SWIFTERDISC-nahradil-17-let-pracujici-DOWNLANDS-8.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><div class=\"hr-section\"><\/div><\/p>\n<p><p class=\"text-block-grey text-block-equal-height2\"><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>F\u00fcr eine vollkommene Ebenheit sorgt der hintere Packer, der aus drei Teilen mit \u00dcberlappung besteht.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p><br \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"one-half-section\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/news.bednar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/SWIFTERDISC-nahradil-17-let-pracujici-DOWNLANDS-7.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><div class=\"hr-section\"><\/div><\/p>\n<p><p class=\"text-block-grey text-block-equal-height2\"><br \/>\nScheibenegge SWIFTERDISC XO 8000 F mit einer Arbeitsbreite von 8 m f\u00fcr eine schnelle und billige Stoppelbearbeitung bis zu einer Tiefe von 12 cm<br \/>\n<\/p><br \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"hr-section\"><\/div>\n<h2>Zusammenarbeit mit der Gesellschaft BEDNAR FMT<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\"><br \/>\nDie Zusammenarbeit begann noch mit der Firma STROM Export und setzt sich weiter fort. Mehr dazu sagte Ing. Josef \u017did, Ph.D.: \u201eWas die Zusammenarbeit mit der Firma Bednar betrifft, ich bin sehr zufrieden. Und zwar als auch bez\u00fcglich des Services, was f\u00fcr uns wichtig ist, weil die Maschine arbeiten soll und nicht auf dem Hof stehen. Das hei\u00dft verf\u00fcgbare Ersatzteile, Service, Kommunikation und Logistik zwischen dem Betrieb und der Firma BEDNAR. Aktuell haben sie im Betrieb <strong>1 640 St\u00fcck Rinder<\/strong>. Davon 580 Milchk\u00fche, 300 F\u00e4rsen und 300 Jungbullen f\u00fcr Mast. Der Rest sind K\u00e4lber. Die Schweinekapazit\u00e4t im Betrieb ist fast voll. Von der m\u00f6glichen Gesamtzahl 1 380 gibt es im Betrieb <strong>1 350<\/strong> <strong>Schweine<\/strong>.\r\n\r\nDie Landwirtschaftsgenossenschaft Starosedlsk\u00fd Hr\u00e1dek entwickelt sich stets weiter. \u00dcber die Entwicklung sagt uns mehr Informationen Ing. Josef \u017did, Ph.D.: <em>\u201eIm Jahr 2009 haben wir eine Entbindungsstation f\u00fcr Schweine ge\u00f6ffnet, wo wir\u00a0 180 Sauen haben. Im vorigen Jahr haben wir einen neuen Kuhstall in Betrieb genommen und wir planen noch den Bau eines weiteren. Die bestehende Kapazit\u00e4t haben wir auf etwa 700 St\u00fcck Milchk\u00fche erh\u00f6ht.<\/em>\r\n\r\nDer Betrieb betreibt auch eine <strong>Biogasanlage mit einer Leistung von 835 kW<\/strong>. Die Anlage verbraucht t\u00e4glich gro\u00dfe Menge an organischer Substanz und deren Durchschnittsleistung betr\u00e4gt 98 %. Dieses Jahr war das eine kleinere Investition. <strong>Anstatt<\/strong> einer alten <strong>Scheibenegge DOWNLANDS DH 6000 <\/strong>haben sie <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bednar.com\/de\/swifterdisc-xo_f-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>SWIFTERDISC XO 8000 F<\/u><\/a> DOWNLANDS gekauft, die bis diesem Fr\u00fchjahr diente.\r\n\r\nEinige Gr\u00fcnde, warum sie <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bednar.com\/de\/swifterdisc-xo_f-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>SWIFTERDISC XO 8000 F<\/strong><\/span><\/a> gew\u00e4hlt haben, sagte uns der Vorstandsvorsitzende: <em>\u201eIch mochte eine einfachere Maschine. Insbesondere konstruktionsm\u00e4\u00dfig und mit einer Arbeitsbreite 8 m. Der Vorteil sehe ich nicht nur in der Arbeitsbreite, sondern auch in gutem Aufbrechen von Boden und in der Bodenbearbeitung. Der Boden wird nach Stoppelbearbeitung gut verarbeitet. Zu den entscheidenden Faktoren z\u00e4hlte auch die M\u00f6glichkeit, die Maschine unter eigenen Bedingungen zu testen. Voriges Jahr haben wir die Scheibenegge <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bednar.com\/de\/swifterdisc-xo_f-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">SWIFTERDISC XO 6000 F<\/a> geliehen und die hat perfekte Arbeit geleistet.
