Erg\u00e4nzt wurde das Ganze mit einem Traktor und einem Terraland TN 3000 HD7R Profi mit 7 Zinken.<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"hr-section\"><\/div>\n<p class=\"\"><br \/>\nDer Name FERTI BOX l\u00e4sst auf D\u00fcnger ausbringen schlie\u00dfen, was auch richtig ist, aber das ganze Nutzungs-spektrum nicht sofort erkennen l\u00e4sst. Die FERTI BOX besteht aus einem luftdichten, \u00fcberdruckf\u00e4higen Beh\u00e4lter, hat ein Gebl\u00e4se mit ausreichendem Luftstrom und eine Dosiereinrichtung aus Edelstahl.<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div class=\"hr-section\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"one-full-section\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/news.bednar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Die-BEDNAR-FERTI-BOX-ist-nicht-nur-f\u00fcr-D\u00fcnger-Sie-wurde-auf-Haus-D\u00fcsse-vorgestellt-2.jpg\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"hr-section\"><\/div>\n<p class=\"\"><br \/>\nDoch zus\u00e4tzliches D\u00fcngen ist in mancher Region mit hoher Viehdichte und Biogasanlagen nicht erforderlich.\u00a0Hier kommt die zweite Funktion der FERTI BOX zum Tragen und das ist, exaktes ausdosieren und verteilen\u00a0kleiner D\u00fcngermengen, wie zum Beispiel \u00a0Bodenhilfsstoffe, Kultursubstrate oder auch Spurenelemente. Ebenso ist die Aussaat von Feins\u00e4mereien und Zwischenfr\u00fcchten m\u00f6glich. Selbst Saatmischungen mit hohen Leguminosen Anteilen sind kein Problem.\u00a0Alle Funktionen zur Bedienung, Steuerung und \u00dcberwachung der FERTI-BOX \u00fcbernimmt das bei Vielen schon bekannte ISOBUS CCI \u2013 Bedienteil.\u00a0Die elektrisch angetriebene Dosiereinheit wird schon erfolgreich in unserer Drillmaschine OMEGA eingesetzt. Hierf\u00fcr sind zwei unterschiedliche Dosierwalzen erh\u00e4ltlich um ein m\u00f6glichst breites Ausdosierspektrum bedienen zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Unser Publikum:<br \/>\nLandwirte, dazu zwei Ausbildungsklassen von Junglandwirten mit Ihren Lehrern, sowie die Berater f\u00fcr Ackerbau der Landwirtschaftskammer.<\/p>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"hr-section\"><\/div>\n<p class=\"\"><br \/>\nDa die betriebseigene D\u00fcngeplanung keine weitere D\u00fcngung dieser Fl\u00e4che zulie\u00df, haben wir einen gek\u00f6rnten, rieself\u00e4higen Algenkalkd\u00fcnger ausgebracht.\u00a0Weitere Angaben sind eigentlich nicht erforderlich, da jedes Produkt separat abgedreht wird. Diese ist erstens einfach und sehr genau. Der Ablauf ist wie folgt:Den Beh\u00e4lter bef\u00fcllen, dann f\u00fcr einige Umdrehungen die Dosierwalze starten bis der D\u00fcnger heraus f\u00e4llt. Jetzt den Auffangsack darunter halten und einige Zeit manuell ausdosieren, bis sich eine gut wiegbare Menge in dem Auffangsack befindet. Diese Menge wiegen und in das Bedienterminal eingeben. Der Computer kennt die Umdrehungszahl der Dosierwalze, mit der diese Menge erreicht wurde. Nun kann ich die von mir gew\u00fcnschte Menge zum Ausdosieren je Hektar zusammen mit der gew\u00fcnschten Arbeitsgeschwindigkeit eingeben. Ein gr\u00fcnes Licht signalisiert, dass mit der Arbeit begonnen werden kann.<\/p>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"hr-section\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"one-half-section\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/news.bednar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Die-BEDNAR-FERTI-BOX-ist-nicht-nur-f\u00fcr-D\u00fcnger-Sie-wurde-auf-Haus-D\u00fcsse-vorgestellt-12.jpg\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"one-half-section\"><br \/>\n<p class=\"\"><br \/>\nNachdem der D\u00fcnger die Dosierwalze verl\u00e4sst, transportiert ihn der Luftstrom in den D\u00fcngerverteiler auf dem Nachfolgeger\u00e4t. Hier ist es ein Terraland TN 3000 HD7R Profi mit 7 Zinken.<\/p>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p><br \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"hr-section\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"one-half-section\"><br \/>\n<p class=\"\"><br \/>\nDie Ausdosierung des D\u00fcngers erfolgt zwischen den Seitenfl\u00fcgeln, direkt hinter den Lockerungsscharen und kann je nach Einsatzbedingungen in der H\u00f6he verstellt werden.<\/p>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p><br \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"one-half-section\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/news.bednar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Die-BEDNAR-FERTI-BOX-ist-nicht-nur-f\u00fcr-D\u00fcnger-Sie-wurde-auf-Haus-D\u00fcsse-vorgestellt-7.jpg\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"hr-section\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"one-half-section\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/news.bednar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Die-BEDNAR-FERTI-BOX-ist-nicht-nur-f\u00fcr-D\u00fcnger-Sie-wurde-auf-Haus-D\u00fcsse-vorgestellt-1.jpg\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"one-half-section\"><br \/>\n<p class=\"\"><br \/>\nSelbst wenn doch mal ein gr\u00f6\u00dferer Stein die Steinsicherung ausl\u00f6st und die Abrei\u00dfschraube rei\u00dft,\u00a0gibt es nicht gleich eine Havarie an den D\u00fcngerleitr\u00f6hren, den diese sind zweigeteilt und k\u00f6nnen sich verschieben.<\/p>\n<div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p><br \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"hr-section\"><\/div>\n<p class=\"\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"right\">Doch kommen wir zum Einsatz. Auch hier auf Haus D\u00fcsse mit tiefgr\u00fcndigem L\u00f6\u00df und ohne jeglichen Strukturproblemen machen es die ersten paar Meter deutlich. Besonders die kleinstrukturierten Fl\u00e4chen \u00a0bestehen eigentlich nur aus festgefahrenem Vorgewende. Selbst Saatmischungen mit hohen Leguminosen Anteilen sind kein Problem.\u00a0Alle Funktionen zur Bedienung, Steuerung und \u00dcberwachung der FERTI-BOX \u00fcbernimmt das bei Vielen schon bekannte ISOBUS CCI \u2013 Bedienteil.\u00a0Die elektrisch angetriebene Dosiereinheit wird schon erfolgreich in unserer Drillmaschine OMEGA eingesetzt. Diese ist erstens einfach und sehr genau. Der Ablauf ist wie folgt:Den Beh\u00e4lter bef\u00fcllen, dann f\u00fcr einige Umdrehungen die Dosierwalze starten bis der D\u00fcnger heraus f\u00e4llt. Jetzt den Auffangsack darunter halten und einige Zeit manuell ausdosieren, bis sich eine gut wiegbare Menge in dem Auffangsack befindet. Diese Menge wiegen und in das Bedienterminal eingeben. Der Computer kennt die Umdrehungszahl der Dosierwalze, mit der diese Menge erreicht wurde. Nun kann ich die von mir gew\u00fcnschte Menge zum Ausdosieren je Hektar zusammen mit der gew\u00fcnschten Arbeitsgeschwindigkeit eingeben.
