The MULCHER MM wide rotary mulcher is equipped with five rotors. The working width of 7 metres predetermines this machine for high daily outputs. The layout of the individual mulching components guarantees a high level of crushing in combination with outstanding resistance and a robust design. The MULCHER MM wide is suitable for mulching both permanent grassland and crop residue after harvesting cereals or rape crop.

A wide rotary mulcher with a robust design and a working width of 7 metres designed for large farms, contractors, or for maintenance of large areas.
Mulching vegetation contributes to a balanced growth of above ground matter, processing ungrazed grass (bad quality fodder not grazed by the cattle), it promotes grass offsetting, and also prevents the development of weeds.
In this case, the rotary mulcher chops, shortens and evenly distributes the mulched material, which is then better incorporated into the soil and also decomposes faster. Mulching is also important for mechanical prevention of diseases and elimination of pests, such as the European corn borer.
MULCHER MM wide rotary mulchers are highly durable and designed for hard work. Hot-dipped galvanisation of the machine provides high resistance to vegetation sap, collision with rocks or weather conditions.
Quality mulching requires a large rotor diameter and high circumferential speed. The MULCHER MM wide rotary mulcher is equipped with two pairs of shaped blades on the rotor to ensure excellent quality of work. The blades can be used both for mulching grasses and processing crop residue.

When compared with the standard model,The MULCHER MM can be equipped with a stepping version of the central axle. The machine is then able to better contours any terrain unevenness and maintain the set working width. You can achieve an even better effect in combination with the tandem version of the side axles.
The transmission part of the MULCHER MM wide rotary mulcher is protected against damage (for example, in the case of a collision with a rock, etc.) with a friction clutch that automatically stops all the transmission processes. The p.t.o. shaft connecting the tractor with the gearbox is equipped with a friction clutch.
MULCHER MM can be equipped with cover plates of the main frames. The plates are smooth and minimise the sticking of plant residue on the machine.
The main component is the fan that creates a stream of air and the wind straighteners direct air to the risk areas on the machine surface. The equipment prevents dirt and plant matter from sticking on the machine surface. It improves work safety and reduces time spent with cleaning.
Counter blades that provide the final cutting of the mulched material are installed in the front part of the mulching area to increase the chopping effect that easily increases the quality of material mulching.
The spreading deflectors ensure that the rotary mulcher works perfectly as they evenly spread the mulched material. They prevent the formation of plant clumps and larger amounts of matter in one place.
The MULCHER MM wide rotary mulcher is equipped with replaceable armoured plates that protect the machine frame from damage. Moreover, each rotor is protected with its own cover which enables work in an extremely low position above the ground.

The rotary mulcher is easily connected to the bottom or top tractor hitch. It can also be connected using the K80 ball pin.
Two pairs of shaped blades provide an excellent cutting and chopping effect. There are two blade models available – grass and corn.

We achieved double-crushing hard stalks, such as grain corn, sunflower, or oilseed rape, by combining the paddle-shaped blades mounted in the lower plane and straight blades mounted in the upper plane. The stalks are cut at two levels at the same time.
The paddle-shaped bent blades, cross-mounted on one plane, are suitable for mulching permanent grassland. The paddle-shaped knives create a suction effect, which lifts the grass run over by the tractor wheels and helps mulching the grass.

CROP RESIDUE MANAGEMENT
Processing crop residue after harvest is important for several reasons. Crop residue is a source of organic matter therefore it is not desirable to simply leave it in the field without attention. Crop residue may be unevenly spread which aggravates soil cultivation and the clumps facilitate the spread of diseases and breeding of pests.
